These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech N.V., the company that operates SpinSahara under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/790/0272, issued 29 July 2024. The agreement governs your use of the SpinSahara website and its services, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the service in any capacity, you accept these terms in full.

About us and licensing

SpinSahara is operated by Neroblanko Tech N.V., a company registered in Curaçao and listed in the Curaçao Gaming Control Board public online gaming register as the holder of B2C licence OGL/2024/790/0272. These terms apply solely to SpinSahara and the account you hold with us.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, or the minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence where that age is higher. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Curaçao and the Dutch West Indies, French overseas territories, Israel, Lithuania, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine. Players from jurisdictions on the FATF blacklist or greylist are not accepted for real-money play. You may hold only one account; duplicate accounts are subject to closure and forfeiture of associated balances. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current, and you must not register or play on behalf of another person. We may request identity verification at any stage, including before the first deposit, and we reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account that does not meet these eligibility requirements.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut, and by cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tether, USD Coin, and Tron. The minimum deposit is €10 for most methods and €20 by Mastercard; cryptocurrency minimums are shown on the deposit page for each currency. The minimum withdrawal is €50, rising to as much as €120 depending on your country of residence and the payment method selected. We apply no operator fee to deposits or withdrawals; intermediary bank charges on bank transfers are limited to the equivalent of €16, and blockchain network fees apply to cryptocurrency transactions. Withdrawal requests are processed on our side within 24 to 72 hours, after which the payment provider’s own delivery time applies. Withdrawals are returned to the method used for the deposit. No withdrawal is processed until your account is fully verified under our KYC requirements, and deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal can be made, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal limits per day, week, and month apply and rise with your loyalty rank; the current limits are shown in the withdrawal section of the cashier. Wins above the published threshold may be paid in monthly instalments until the full amount is settled. Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months are subject to a dormancy fee of €10 per month, or the remaining balance if lower.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published on the relevant promotion page, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonuses unless a promotion states otherwise. Casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount, and the maximum permitted bet during any active bonus wagering period is €5. Winnings generated from bonus funds are capped at ten times the bonus amount. Bonus validity is 14 days from receipt, reduced to 7 days for Welcome Package bonuses. Game contributions towards wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature slots 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant-win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and live games 0%. All bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are played first; if you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are forfeited and your remaining deposited funds are returned. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses may not be combined. One bonus per person, household address, email address, IP address, phone number, payment instrument, and device applies. We reserve the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where we identify abuse, including but not limited to duplicate accounts, collusion, chargebacks, or systematic advantage play.

Responsible gambling

You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and time-out periods directly on your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly on receipt and result in immediate closure of the account. Dispute resolution

Complaints should be submitted in the first instance to our support team via live chat or by email to [email protected] . If support cannot resolve the matter at first contact, it is escalated internally to casino management. Where a dispute cannot be resolved at management level, you may refer the matter to an independent body, a relevant gaming authority, or the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator. In any dispute concerning the outcome of a game or transaction, our server logs and game server records constitute the final and authoritative record.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by email to the address registered on your account or by a notice posted on the website, and the updated terms take effect on the date stated in that notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
